Dănuț Marcu
Dănuţ Marcu (born January 11, 1952, Bucharest) is a Romanian mathematician and computer scientist, who received his Ph.D. from the University of Bucharest in 1981. He claims to have authored more than 400 scientific papers.〔(Marcu's personal web page ).〕
Marcu is frequently accused of plagiarism.〔.〕〔. This paper quotes concerning Marcu, including the quote from an unnamed "well-known mathematician" that "Marcu is a notorious plagiarist".〕〔.〕
